Exhibitor and Sponsorship Opportunities

  • a room of conference attendees watching a presentation with a perimeter of exhibitor displays in the distance

    Exhibit at the Conference

Showcase your products and services directly to more than 150 of Western Canada’s stormwater professionals, including engineers, landscape architects, ecologists, planners, and other decision-makers seeking innovative solutions. With our focused audience you’ll gain targeted exposure, build valuable connections, and engage with key customers shaping the future of stormwater management.

Exhibitors will be in the same room as the conference program, posters, and reception - with room for one 8-ft. table. The Exhibitors’ Reception on November 5th will provide an opportunity for extended conversation.

Fees include registration for one attendee. Up to three additional booth minders can be added at reduced rates. Visit the registration info page for more details

    Sponsor the Conference

Position your brand at the forefront of innovation and support the work of the ALIDP.

There are a variety of opportunities from $300 to $3000.

Fees are solely for the sponsorship itself. Registration for the conference or training is separate and is not a requirement of sponsorship.

View the variety of sponsorship opportunities, recognition, and rates here or in the program on page 15.

New this year: we are pleased to offer the opportunity for someone to sponsor a POSTER PRIZE for a budding stormwater professional!

    Exhibit on Training Day

On Wednesday, November 4th there is an opportunity for exhibitors to register to set up in the foyer to reach the training audience.

There will be a ½ hour break in the program both morning and afternoon to facilitate visiting the exhibitors. Capacity is 80 for each half-day session, so potentially there will be 320 attendees across the four training sessions.

Our experience is that the majority of people who attend training are different people than those who attend the conference.

This is also an opportunity to reach the Erosion and Sediment Control/ construction audience who won’t be at the conference itself.
